All of our products are embroidered with love at our workshop by our hard-working team in Cheshire, UK.
To create the best personalised products for you, we source the best cotton velour from across the globe (The quality is 100% cotton 500 gr/m2 velour) and our embroidery workmanship is second to none. We use the very best white, black, pink and blue versatile Poly Sheen thread that meet the highest standards in machine embroidery. The strength of our thread gives our products durability and guarantees long lasting results.
What is your returns policy?
We are happy to accept returns or exchanges if there is any issue with a product you purchased from us. However shipping costs will need to be covered by the person sending the goods back. Please click here for more information.
How long will the goods take to get to me?
This will depend on where you live but we have teamed up with reliable partners to ensure we can offer you the most efficient service. You can count from 3 to 5 working days for orders within the UK and 3 to 8 working days for orders within the EU. For the rest of the world it may take a little longer, but please get in touch and we can let you know. Please note that for orders outside the EU, there may be additional delays due to customs checks.
Do you cover import taxes?
No. We are unfortunately unable to cover any kind of import tax that may be required when a product lands in your country. This is not something we can control or determine ahead of time so please be aware of this. Please note that if any product is held in customs, it may also mean some delays in delivery. Again this is something which we cannot control.
Do your refund the difference on reduced items.
It may happen that you might have purchased a product not long ago that has now been reduced in price. Unfortunately, we cannot refund you the price difference if this occurs.
